Making dosa with only two ingredients is the easiest and the quickest way, eliminating the need to soak, grind and ferment overnight. This is a perfect summer recipe made with semolina and curd for a scrumptious dinner and a great addition to your breakfast table. You can also revamp it by adding mashed seasoned potatoes to the center of each dosa.
You will be amazed at how easy it is to make with perfect
results. The secret to this is unflavored Eno during the last stage of the
procedure, it gives the same look and taste as the long hours of the fermented
type of masala dosa. If you are having dosa for breakfast, make it a little
lighter by pairing it with coconut mint chutney otherwise serve with some
potatoes masala, coconut chutney, or sambhar on the side. These are the best
tasting, light, low-fat, and fluffy savory food which will leave you feeling
full and satisfied. Another dosa recipe I make again and again is this yummy
trio dosa, so good! Any slight changes in the recipe you make can yield a
different result, so I suggest you make it exactly the same way as written.
