Belgian Waffle Recipe
Preparation Time: 30

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour
Serves: 3-4 persons
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1⁄2 cup oil
2 cups milk
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1⁄4 cup sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Method:
- In a big bowl 1, mix together 2 cups flour, 4 teaspoons baking powder, 1⁄2 teaspoon salt and 1⁄4 cup sugar and leave it aside.
- In another bowl 2, separate egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
- In bowl 3, mix together the egg yolks, milk, oil, and vanilla and stir slightly. Add to large bowl 1 and mix well, fold in egg whites.
- Cook in waffle iron until brown and crisp. Avoid removing from waffle iron too soon as its texture should be crisp and golden brown.
- Enjoy with nutella, whipped cream or any of your fave fruits and toppings!
