Delicious Low Carb – Keto Friendly Chicken Bites - When Husband Treats Well Episode # 03

When Hashim decides to cook something undoubtedly it should be plain sailing and swift cooking. Becasue he thinks time is money? Nay! because he is lazy and lazy people are generally ingenious when it comes to finishing work in lesser duration of time. So he has this recipe that is not at all developed in a traditional bbq way, he has just tossed the chicken upside down, given few minutes to cook and presented this dish in just 10 minutes and believe me - the chicken was wonderfully moist and so succulent from inside with a pleasant taste of thick sauce from outside. Few are those days when he cooks, but when he does, he is my master chef of the kitchen who knows well how to deal with fitness counts.
This recipe is full of flavors, balanced spice and I am sure you and your family will have a unique experience till the last bite. You can use boneless or bone chicken, anything that is readily available. Try it as a pan fry or grill method and follow the recipe as it is, it will taste exactly like it should be. The thick and heavy coated sauce mingles perfectly with fresh salads or lemon rice or Indian flat bread or potato wedges. You can simply marinate the chicken and keep them in a freezer for weeks, this will help the flavors to get finely infused in the chicken and whenever you will make its taste will get better and better. If your kids are fussy eaters simply shred the chicken pieces and add dollop of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of fresh cream and generous amount of cheddar cheese. And present the recipe in the form of sandwiches or with hash browns and they will enjoy it without any complaints.
