Cheesey, Crispy, Chicken Burgers with some Garlic Fries

Easy chicken burgers made from scratch with simple Italian herbs, fresh lettuce and some grated cheese. Today I am swapping back into sharing recipes that my husband loves. We have been making crispy chicken burgers quite a bit in my home on Saturday nights as they are easy to eat and watch movies. Chicken burgers are great with some chips and garlic fries (garlic fries recipe posted), but you could also serve it with your favorite side.

Crispy chicken patty is the best part of the burger, can be tried with sandwich or wraps, they make every twist taste better! And because they make a lot, they are also great to make ahead for meal prep.

Are they healthy? Can be healthy - Since I have only used bread, protein packed chicken, mustard, some mayonnaise and extra greens. They are so yummy and a definite crowd pleaser. If you’re hosting a party for the big game, you shouldn’t miss to add this yumminess in your menu. The ingredients are just mixed in a right proportion with the chicken – making it extra tender from inside and super crispy from the outside with way less oil.

A delicious recipe perfect for weekend meals, easy cleanup and have all the flavors.

  • Grease hands with cooking oil, take a mixture and make a ball, the size of each ball should be uniform, coat in breadcrumbs, press and shape into circular shape. Then dip into beaten eggs and again coat in breadcrumbs. You can freeze them for up to 1 month.
  • In nonstick pan, heat cooking oil and fry on medium low flame from both sides until crisp and golden brown.
  • Take out burger buns, spread tomato ketchup, mustard paste, mayonnaise at the bottom of the buns. Place lettuce and crispy chicken patty, spread grated cheese over the top of the patty, add ketchup if you like and cover with the tops. You can chop lettuce and add if you like. Enjoy.
